Waxology – The Art of Waxing is our wonderful and new waxing studio. We are based in the beautiful and calm area of Fairland, Randburg, Johannesburg.

The name ‘Waxology’ is the result of our true passion for waxing. ‘The Art of Waxing’ was because we knew that everyone tried to wax themselves or their partners during Lockdown 2020. The stories that we heard were horrific and hilarious at the same time! We have been in the industry for so long that there is no situation that we have not been in or experienced.

We specialize in waxing/hair removal for any person who needs a professional and calm experience. We specialize in male and female full body waxing as well as the intimate waxing that is needed and requested. We offer a full skin evaluation for problematic skin after waxing. Many people struggle with in-grown hairs and we are here to evaluate, help, advise and take care of your skin after your waxing treatment. There are many factors that contribute and that is why we are here to help anyone who has been feeling ashamed of their skin.

We have also embarked on the exciting journey of laser hair removal. We are truly excited about this new venture that has started in October 2021.

Candice Brokensha

Candice is an internationally qualified beauty therapist from Camelot International College, who has gained valuable experience in treatments and customer care. She has been in the beauty industry for thirteen years working in platinum salons and cruise liners around the world. Candice works at the highest level of professionalism where her love for waxing is and where she will continue to offer clients quality treatments.

Vasti Viljoen

Vasti has been in the beauty industry for more than 10 years and is loving every second of it. She has qualified from Tina Scholtz Potchefstroom Academy & SAAHST. Vasti is charismatic and a total extrovert with a bubbly personality. She has a real passion for her work and has an OCD manner for perfection and excellence in client service. Vasti works with the highest regard of professionalism and has a deep love for her work at Waxology – The Art of Waxing.

Maria

Maria has been with the Waxology team from the beginning. Hygiene and sanitation are a crucial part in our line of business and Maria is at the top of her game every day to help us accomplish these goals.

She is a very sufficient and efficient worker who is trustworthy, friendly, and highly reliable with all the Waxology cleaning duties.

Without Maria and her cleaning experience Waxology would not be the same.
